You might want to try programming all of post 14's frequencies. That is what I had to do for post 16. The nearest site isn't always the best one.
This is where the strength of having folks submitting info from their hometowns comes in to play with radioreference.com....
dustinoboy's suggestion to program all freqs is good advise, sometimes things happen that make a tower inop or the whole side of a Post might go down.... having all the freqs assures better monitoring...
...try changing to NAC search mode to see if they have changed the NAC codes. This happened to me when one of the Post 2 transmitters changed the a & b frequencies and NAC codes.
Post 14's 453.95000 is supposed to be an "A" channel but is a "B"... things change sometimes.... I have a load for my PSR with all the KSP freqs in my AOA forced to search NACs (I also have a search in all the KSP ranges just in case they make a switch to something else...)
