I see three of the VINYL flights, but can't locate VINYL92, it is still showing on ground in Honolulu, maybe a couple of the F35s were kept after school.

In other movement news 09-0015 just departed ADW, should be enroute to ILG then KNGU
Both tankers departed from Honolulu, VINYL 92 was cleared on a round-robin to Honolulu.

HMX-1 MV-22's on the move here flight of 3 A/A 273.950 talking about maintaining 200 knots.
"Push 23-C2" and they come up on HMX-1 143.825.
2051 local "Nighthawk 3 flight 5 min out" on 143.825.. Assume they are headed for KPHL.
Was 143.825 AM or FM? I have conflicting info for that freq with HMX-1

In this instance? I have the freq listed as both AM & FM, but am intrigued by the 'Push 23-C2' command. Am trying to see if anything in it could be interpreted as specifying AM or FM.

It most likely means COM2 Channel #23.

In the DC metro area I've only heard 143.825 as FM. But it can be either AM or FM.

They were both.. VHF was FM and UHF was AM.. 23-C2 probably means Ch-23 on Com radio 2 seeing they have multiple radios.
Maybe they keep their FM modes etc on the #2 Com radios? They don't chatter much that is for sure.

Does anyone know the purpose of this protrusion on the MH-60S? I have only seen it on a few aircraft. The ones that don’t have it instead have this frame bolted to the side, and some don’t even have that.
Looks like optional air intake. Maybe some of the models have electronics or gear that need some extra cooling
in the tail shaft section.. Just a WAG on my part :)

Looks like POTUS/FLOTUS over an hour and half late leaving Norfolk?
He was scheduled to depart at 7pm, but AF1 was wheels up from Norfolk Naval Station at 5:36 pm and landed at Joint Base Andrews at 6:05. POTUS and FLOTUS descended the steps at 6:15. The president saluted and he and the First Lady walked to Marine One and stepped onboard at 6:17. M1 lifted off heading to the WH at 6:23.

Marine One landed at the White House at 6:34 p.m. EST. POTUS stepped off at 6:37 p.m. EST and waited for FLOTUS. They entered the White House at 6:38 p.m. EST. and a lid was called at 6:39 p.m.
