MPSCS Sites/Talkgroups 2024

This makes no sense ... Too specific to be accidental. Makes me wonder if the NCC does random patch tests across random talkgroups just for testing purposes.

New unknown talk group (4071) using 951XXXXX RIDs in Manistee County. Sounded like some event stuff going on being they where talking about a ticket both and buying utilities. I believe it has something to do with the Manistee County fair. If not my second best guess would be Tippy Dam.

51PD I believe is not a county law tac.... I think it may be 51JAIL. I've been told 51JAIL is used for daily operations and is encrypted. As long as I've been listening to Manistee County traffic I've never heard anything about an encrypted law tac for Manistee. For most events law tends to use a SPEV or their department tac channel for anything.

I was getting that off of the Boon site yesterday as well. Sounded like the fair.

From the election results on August 6th, the bond proposal to build a new MPSCS simulcast cell in Hillsdale County passed 54% to 46%. This means that Hillsdale County will be erecting a new simulcast cell to join the MPSCS. I am thinking it will take roughly two years before it will be online?

72G1 it sounds like to me. It's fire. They were on a car fire. I have it labeled in my scanner system as "Roscommon fireground 1?"
