The activation process is not designed for that. It for replacing an old computer with a new one.Is there any limit as to the number of times the activation can be transferred between different computers. I have a main computer that i will run it on almost permanently and 2 laptops that I would like to swap activation between from time to time depending on my current circumstances.

Activations are handled automatically. If it fails for any reason, email me. Activations are the highest priority. Any license or activation issues are handled via email only.Thanks for the info. Just got a 15x and currently in the 30day trial period of the software . With Xmas approaching is there any period where you will not be processing activations due to hols etc? Dont want to be left without the prog as I find it excellent.

I have been having some issues with 15.7 version, it will run perfect for a day or so then nothing, no audio nor display from my 536. I remember there was a Method 1/2 option in Options>Scanner Specific area but when I went there to change it, It was not there. This may also be a router issue but I have yet to track it down but was going to change this option to see if it was the problem. Anyone know where it went to possibly?

Problem could be anything such as Wi-Fi Dongle, anti-virus software, Wi-Fi interference, computer Ethernet connection, etc.
When did the problem start? No changes with 15.7. May want to revert to 15.6 ort earlier to see if the audio and display data stays up.
May want to disable any Internet Security or Antivirus software for a test to see if it stays up.
Next time it goes down, I would do these steps to see if it recovers:
1. Power cycle the scanner
2. Restart ProScan
3. Power cycle the router.
4. Power cycle the computer.
