For the life of me, I can not get the UID logging grid to work. on the new 15.5 release. Reverted back to 15.4 to see if it's me or the new release.
I will say this product is well worth the money and I just love it.

The best way to report a bug is by sending a bug report and helping to test. You will get the fix sooner then wait for the next release.

I do now see there is an issue with the calculation of the duration of a transmission seen on the UID Logging tab. Doesn't affect the content of the recording, just the time shown for duration. Email sent to ProScan per his request.

UID logging also stopped working after the 15.5 upgrade on my systems. I noticed it last night, but wanted to confirm it before posting here.

UID Logging has stopped working for me too with v15.5. Have tried to reinstall v15.5 to a new directory and it still does not work. I have also made sure logging is turned on in logging settings. Problem happened as soon as v15.5 was installed. Just want to let developer know of another user with same problem.

I use a BCD536HP and it looks like a 536 but the colors are for a 997 uniden and yes the log for UID's is not working. My history logging was logging all my searches even if not received. Proscan please put out a 15.6 and my virus program did not like this one.

I'm not clear on what you're saying. The colors are the same for all supported scanners. The colors can be changed in the Options -> General tab. What's a 997?

Proscan please put out a 15.6 and my virus program did not like this one.

15.6 is out. Are you saying 15.6 is showing a false positive virus?

If you see a false positive virus, advise on the following:
ProScan version
Name of anti-virus program
Name of virus or trojan
Anti-virus program definition date
When does it occur? Running the setup file, starting ProScan, etc.

• Added - BCDx36HP & SDSx00 scanners - Web Server button on Web Page to reboot BCDx36HP and SDSx00 scanners when logged in as Super User.

I suppose us holdouts will soon have to migrate to Windows 10. I have 6 USB attached Uniden 996P2 scanners on an older Dell Windows 7 PE system using ProScan. Are there any issues, etc. I should know of before I migrate? Are there new drivers for the USB/Serial Port cables? All tips / suggestions are welcome.. Thank you.

What do you mean by proscan doesn’t support NXDN ? If your scanner have the upgrade from uniden proscan will work

I would migrate to Win 10 sooner than later. ProScan is developed on Win 10.

Why don't you use the latest ProScan version? Do that and add a system. You shall see that NXDN Trunk & NXDN One-Freq Trunk are included in the System Types.

I bet you don't have the serial driver installed. See the section "Windows Serial Drivers" in this link. The driver will work for BCDx36HP and SDSx00 scanners.

Thanks for the link for the driver. I was having trouble getting a com port. I knew if I searched thru this forum, I'd find the answer. I installed the driver and Proscan is logging like a champ!!
