ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Let me say Bob rapidly engaged on this issue and worked with several of us to develop and deploy a remedy. Best customer service going!
Remember to email him as he may need some of your ProScan files to diagnose/fix.

Why did you have to set the PROSCAN SECURITY PREMISSIONS? Is that because it fixed the crashing problem due to a suspected Win Update problem or something else? Are you running ProScan in Admin mode?

I think I’m going to try doing a fresh install of Windows. I’m still having issues with the latest version.
Do you keep backup images of your computer on another drive? I have a second internal SSD and a couple external drives also I use to keep plenty of backups on saves loosing everything especially, if your doing a full complete install. There's a free program called Macrium Reflect you can download to make the backups with. :)

For anyone with the crashing problem Try this file. Unzip and copy the files over the originals. Stop ProScan first.

I don't keep images. I do have all my files backed up to the cloud. I needed a refresh anyway to clean all of the clutter off my PC.

That's good at least you have your files backed up. I use the software program I mentioned and try to make a backup at least, once a week with these SSDs if my system totally crashes, I can be back up going again within 5 minutes. Only takes 3 minutes to save a new backup putting solid state drives in my computer builds is the best as they are really fast! Hope you got every thing up and going again! (y)
