Open up the Download file with File Explorer then you will see it.Still getting an error with the download of the latest update just like the last one.
Can't update through the software have to go to the website instead to download latest updates

Open up the Download file with File Explorer then you will see it. The problem was fixed in this latest version however you won't see it until the next version is out then you will see that the Download folder will automatically open up.

I just updated to 17.6 and although I needed to open the download folder manually as Bob advised, the downloaded file was indeed placed in the download folder.As stated and shown in the comments from another user on the previous version. It does not get to that point. It won't allow the download. An error message comes up.

Are you using Win 7 by any chance? I'm thinking it has something to do with TLS 1.2 not enabled which will could cause the "https" download link to fail.Nothing has changed on my end. This is an error message within ProScan, not my antivirus or anything like that.
