proscan.org down for anyone else? unable to check for updates.

It should be up soon after the DNS propagation complets. What happened is today I renewed the SSL cert and to do that, I had to add a TXT record in the HostGator portal. When I went to the domain section, I didn't see the existing A records so I thought they changed the UI. I added a TXT record and logged off, thanking that's all I needed to do. I just added the A records back in. I have no idea how they got deleted other than a buggy web page.

What type of scanner?
Do you see the UIDs in the display?
They should be logged if they are sent from the scanner. Can you look at the protocol in the Test tab and see if they are there.

On the Uniden SDS-100.

I will check in the morning when that system becomes active.

I don't think I have seen UIDs on the SDS-100.

Right now I am monitoring a CAP+ system. The Uniden SDS100 shows UIDs. The Test screen populates the UIDs. However, my History Log does not save the UIDs. Is there a setting I should change on ProScan or the Uniden SDS100 to save that in the History Log?

Change this option to the 1st item like in this image and see what happens.

The Recorders grid(which includes UID Logging) is better sutable for UID logging. Same option in the Recorders options

That worked. I am getting UIDs on CAP+ and XPT systems.

Next version is going to have a Profile Editor very similar to the one in Sentinel. I see several items that can be improved upon such as:

• Profile Editor and FL Editor separate file operations
• Location Settings tab - DMS format 4 decimal places to minimize rounding errors
• Multiple instance running same time
• WinForms and messages centered over the app
• Improved Waterfall and Display Customizer color picker. Colors sorted by HSL and not color names
• A few more small items

Here is the 1st look at the Display Customizer. I made it to work and look almost like the one in Sentinel.

When I open the Favorites Editor on an SDS200 and choose File > Save As, it only lets me select a folder. But It never lets me type a file name. How / where do we go to type the actual file name? Thanks.

The SDS100/200 saves the files by Favorite Lists as

f_000001.hpd
f_000002.hpd
f_000003.hpd

etc. for how many favorites lists you have.

Got it, so it doesn't just save everything into 1 just file and you need to create an entire folder. So, next question. How / where in ProScan do you go to edit the profile and read / write the profile to the scanner?

At the top under Options are some settings that can be set in ProScan. Some screen color options have to be set in Sentinel for the time being, but Bob is working on adding more features for color options in the near future.

You don’t. No profile editor in ProScan, until possibly next release. Until then you must use Sentinel.

@ProScan bob i have a BC796D that i am trying to add more scanner frequencies to for a freind of mys. and i have try to do a google search and have been looking on here and everwhere, but yet have i found how do you change the radioreference import bank in the menu bc it's all grayed out for me, yes I do have a radio reference subscription until 07-27-2026 and i have already create a db i have looked all over the proscan mean ui and can't find out how to do it anywhere. and I yes already knows how to activate the trunk Bank settings with in proscan.
