ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Nothing. Was watching the screen while scanning. Can see antenna level increase on curtain frequencies. Even put squelch at zero. Nothing. Will get ahold of uniden to send it in. Something is wrong with it.

@bearcatrp - one last thing to try before sending your scanner to Uniden - disconnect it from your outside antenna and hook a rubber duck antenna to the scanner. When scanning a trunk system, the scanner has to lock onto a control channel before it can decode anything, you maybe receiving the control channel frequency from two different towers when using an outside antenna.

Already tried that. Using your last file, I put the antenna it came with and sat it on the window sill. Nothing. But using the menu selecting public safety, can listen to P25. Doesn’t make sense.

Must be doing something wrong. Can import from RR. Can write to my 325P2. Am scanning what I imported but not hearing anything. Using my outdoor antenna. I know there is traffic because my R30 is hearing them fine. Made sure to check do not import encrypted stations. What am i missing? This is my 1st time using proscan with my 325p2. Usually just scan between frequencies but now am programming it. Appreciate any help.
Do you have another Uniden scanner besides the 325P2 and if so, can you pickup the same system?
Is the system you are picking up on the the 325P2 is in the same band as the one you are not picking up?
On the 325P2, can you click the Hold button and see if you can hear the control channel on the system.
Can you put the system in ID Search mode and see if that works?
The R30 is not a trunking radio so maybe try to duplicate that on the 325P2 by programming the frequencies in a conventional system, just for a test.

Not going to waste any more time on this radio. don't have another Uniden radio that does P25. Sold my SDS200. Appreciate all the help from this forum. Sorry I was pointing the issue at proscan as it was not the problem. Yes, the R30 is not a trunking radio. But the way I have it programmed, comes real close to a trunking radio as I usually hear both sides of the conversation. Will be sending this radio in for repairs. this was in my truck all summer for my camping trips. Powered by the trucks usb plug in. Never dropped it. Something must have happened though.

I'm having a problem starting Proscan today after not using the software for awhile. It's stating that my 30 day trial has expired although I purchased to software back in 2015. I tried entering the credentials I received by email back then, but the software will not reactivate: Invalid Name or Key. The only major thing that has changed since the last time I used the software is that Dell diagnostics indicated that my SDD was failing, so I cloned it to a new larger drive with a different partition arrangement. Other than than, the only other changes were Windows updates.

Anyone want to take a stab?

Email Bob at support@proscan.org and tell him what you said here. Provide your previous order number/info, if possible. He'll likely need to reset you on his side; could be you are just out of installs because of the cloning of the drive, which he can fix.

I believe the license allows it to be installed on two devices. It might think this is a new device. Contract Proscan, Bob is very accommodating and he will get you fixed up. He will probably see this shortly.

If it's says invalid then check and double check that the reg name and key are entered correctly.

Is there any way to make the audio boost (LAN Audio Gain) level under audio control variable instead of being set at 15dB?
