Unidentified Freqs

East Kentucky Power has that licensed in Clark County.... don't know how far out they go with it, but that is the only power company I see with it any where.... KU and some others have freqs that are close to that and they operate near London.... try to get a location or circuit number or something... does it sound line meter readers or line men? If you get more post it here, someone will pick up on it some how....

also note : ksp post 11 nac is 288 and ksp post 10 nac is 191 with 460.3625 knox county thwer being dispatch insted of 453.550 which is law talk knox county tower

Not sure. I do remember eariler this week, one of the local (Evansville, IN) TV stations covering that Owensboro & Daviess county were getting a large grant for a site clean up in order to start on a new 911 center / EOC, next to the current police department, not sue of the address there or not.

I will try and see if I can find anything out next time im in the Owensboro area.

Possible federal frequency or something related to the Post Office. But then again, I have been wrong before.


164.810 with dcs 143.

Talking about possible warehouse doors. Several locations and at least one is on Poplar Level Rd. I have done a search on here for Kentucky search and FCC kentucky search with no luck. Heard this evening around 2200hrs.

Also, just a note. Heard traffic last evening on ATF channel 167.165 digital. First time I have heard anything on this freq and it was some type of survaillance(spelling).

164.8100 is the Post Office on Gardner Lane. It is delivery trucks going to post offices, but they also do something on the grounds that I have not yet identified yet. That's what I think you heard. In the morning they are out on I-65 and other places.
But it is the Main Louisville Post Office (Trucks) It could be the vehicle Maintenance facility also. I've had it in my notes I should have added it. Sorry. Also, I have a UHF frequency that is for the Courthouse, don't have notes handy, but I know the location, just not sure of the use yet. Maybe when I get home I'll upload my file of unknowns with PL/DPL so others could listen in the area.

I heard a digital scrambled channel today as well. I think it was 162.910, not right near the scanner.
