Hi
When are they going to fix the ezscan socket error #11001 message on trx 2 scanner. thanks
Please be patient while we resolve the issue.
The manual updates does it update all the V-folders? when you copy to the scanner?
I don’t have the scanner in front of me to check, I forget exactly, but I think the “Library files” are only stored once on the sd card, and then the v-folders have programming which would mean you only need to copy the Library files “update” once. BUT, you then need to open each v folder in the software and do the “Update Tags, names, control channels…” for each vfolder. Isn’t that correct, or am I wrong and the set of library files are stored in each v-folder also? You must open each V-Folder separately and update each separately.

I wonder if there is an agreement issue with RR and Whistler.Late to the party but the same error today 7/29/24
#11001
Absolute bummer.

They did bring everything up to date on their update server.I don't know about working. I manually updated to #884. When you run EZScan it says Current #884, Available 879??????
I am going to clear my EZScan data base off PC and then run their update. Maybe I have a corrupted file that is not reading their database correctly. They did bring everything up to date on their update server.
I'll have to try updating tonight after work and see what happensSo no more socket error ?
