Anyone familiar with the 13xx folks??
Never heard a 13xx unit voice identify on the radio, I've only ever heard a Post Dispatcher acknowledge a status button press.

Also FCC listing and sites being built are normally over a year apart.
There are sites listed in West Ky that have been FCC listed for 2 years and not built yet.
It will happen when it happens Wishing Whining and Ranting will not make it happen any faster.

If they are reporting the site to the FCC as built, it's likely the site has been built. If it's been turned up yet or not is another thing.

They have abandoned the build out from west to east and are now attempting to get sites in each post that will have the best coverage built first and then they will come back with fill-in sites to improve coverage.

Does anyone know if KSP is still simulcasting with the upgrades for SERVS ongoing? Seems like I'm only hearing traffic on two or three of the 14B channels, and have yet to hear anything on any 14A channel but I know A stays very quiet typically. (It's also been a pain since my ingest is high profile and picking up Post 8 and Post 9 on channels for Post 14.. lol)

Here in west Ky Post 1 area yes it is simulcast the old UHF in the clear and the KSP Trunking Fulltime Encryption from my monitoring area.
Is the new trunking system "connected" with the old system (as in what is going out on UHF going to TRS)?

I think it'll be a while before they get to the east part of the state. As you noted, the "A" channels are used very infrequently. The only time I'll hear traffic on 4A, 5A or 12A is when there is something significant occurring on the "B" channels. That's maybe once every couple of weeks.
