I entered the new activation key yesterday, reset everything and all worked fine. Now this morning, I went to turn on the software, the screen came up, showed the trial key again, ... Still not saving the payed activation key. I re-entered the new key, it took the key, but nothing was saved and I have to reprogram the software again for the feeds I had running.

What about a priority feature you can set on a feed that takes presents over any other feed and silence the other feeds until the priority feed is done transmitting? Also if one feeds talking all the other feeds are muted until Transmitting is complete. Just future ideas no biggie

First I am very impressed with this program. Thanks YSI for creating what is shaping up to be a great system. Echoing Nick's request, I would like to suggest that and two additional options:
1) Ability to carry one feeds audio at a time (First active feed gets the audio). The rest remain muted until that one is done.
2) Ability to "Mute All" as needed. This might be helpful when you hear that hot call while other feeds are going (assuming not using Suggestion 1).
These requests are made understanding there may be programming limitations, design setup, etc and totally understand if not possible.

Unfortunately I took a leap of faith and allowed the update to run on my 40 feed setup, given prior comments in the thread that an update would be out. As with my other setup, all 40 feeds were wiped clean by version 1.1.0.2. Ugh. This is entirely my fault for not checking, but with that said, I would like to make a two-part suggestion.
1. Release the update and then post here that it's been done, not "an update is coming tonight" with nothing following. I understand that life goes on, this is not the #1 job, etc., and that things change and/or bugs pop up when working on such things and delays result.
2. A "change log" at your website for each release would be nifty. The info posted here works, but to be able to review a log back several versions might be handy for not only you, but also the end users.

I have downloaded version 1.1.0.3 and cannot tell if there are any improvements. The recording feature still does not work for me. Just short bursts of audio play back.
I would still like to see some indication that the feed is Offline even though it may be enabled. The activity indicator still drops in and out with low audio & pauses in audio and sometimes does not come active at all with low audio.
I just did a test by shutting my feed to Broadcastify down and the RadioLog program showed it was still active.

I think one of the most important features that should be added to this software is a way to save your configuration. Not only does this eliminate the problem I had above, but given that we are generously allowed 3 installs per license it affords for quick transfer of settings from one install to the others. In all honesty I haven't been using the software since my 40 feed setup got blown out. I just haven't had time to sit there and redo the entire thing.
The addition of such an option was discussed earlier in the thread. I hope it will get added soon. I look forward to resuming with it and for what future updates may have in store. I just don't want to set it all up again and have it all get wiped again, so I'm kind of in a holding pattern for now.

Scott, when I did this latest update, it did not wipe out my feeds. I have kept the amount of feeds to just a few, not sure if it is different with a larger amount of feeds.
I did notice that it added a blank feed after the update and it took a few tries to delete it.

I too have the blank feed.
Looking in C:\ProgramData\RadioLog I also now see a RadioLog.settings file. When opened in Notepad it does appear to show the 4 feeds I have configured in my laptop setup. So, perhaps now the configuration is being saved. This is a reason why having a change log would be good.

I am using the trial and the microphone field is blank, when it shows up and works in other software such as scanner recorder pro. Any solutions to this?

Have you had time to work on the recording Feature - this is one of my primary interests when I purchased the License - but it still only records 2-5 second bursts.

Updated to v.1.1.0.4 - Now cannot move the volume sliders on any of the feeds and have no idea how to add or move a feed to a new group.
Volume slider confirmed not working. The new source always seems to land in the original group. But I was able to drag it with the mouse into the new group I created.

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't been on in the past few days. I've received tons of spam messages, and have been testing a lot more edge cases.
scancapecod, I just fixed the slider issue and posted an update. The issue came from the drag-drop code that allows you to move feeds between groups. Here is a list of items that were fixed over the past few days:
1) Grouping of feeds has been posted. You can add/remove/rename groups however, and mute entire groups.
2) The output format (sample rate & bits per sample) of the recording files can be adjusted in the settings.
3) Recording of line-in interfaces has been fixed. The channel count was not set properly (each file is mono), causing the audio to be a lot shorter and sound like a bunch of chipmunks.
4) Storing of license keys has been fixed. This will resolve the issue of people loosing their keys. If you still have an issue, send me an email at support@responderapps.com and I will reset your keys.
5) New "Find Feeds" feature that helps find the feed urls on a web page. This is new and will be expanded. If there is a site you are having trouble finding the feed url for, send me a link to support@responderapps.com and I will try to add that site into the parser.
The new web site is up. It has a full "Getting Started" guide, plus a support section. I am working on a release history page, that should be up sometime next week. Also on the site is Group purchase rates.

nick223, I like your priority feature idea, I will look into that. One feature I have been putting a lot of work into is Primary/Secondary audio. This would let you select whether a feed is Primary or Secondary, which speakers to route Primary and Secondary to and what the volume is for each speaker. The issue I am having with it is getting it to work on XP. If everyone was running Vista or higher, it wouldn't be an issue, but I want to support XP as well. I may just have to enable this feature if running Vista or higher.

Important Note about tonight's update (version 1.1.0.12)
I have implemented a system in update 1.1.0.12 that provides automated crash reporting. Whenever the software detects a critical issue, a dump file is now created. Once the app restarts, this log is automatically uploaded. All the information is anonymous and it is fed into an automated parser that pulls out the cause of the error. It is designed to allow me to find potential issues that may not even be visible yet in the interface, and give me the information needed to fix the issue as quickly as possible. The next release, 1.1.0.13, will offer a method to turn it off (it was an afterthought, forgot to add it in 1.1.0.12).

Microphone source drop down is still blank so I cannot setup the input source. My trial ends today. Would consider buying, but not without knowing it works with my setup.
