I just change them to their corresponding site number before writing to scanner.
Here is a list of all RAN's for that system. Perhaps save you a little time. The only value above 63 is 99 so I find it hard to believe "site 64-127 is RAN 0-63 again"
{edit} What ProScan does is use the RAN if between 0 to 63 and ignore everything else(same as using the default of "Search")
