Yup here we go again....oh well, thank you for your very kind support! I've never gotten this type of support before. I mean my gosh!
Instead of trying to sell your product, you have done everything but. Thanks again for your support or lack there off.

All of the questions you have asked are very vague so you get what you give. Bob's customer service is at a very high level I have been using ProScan for 12+ years and always received quality service by providing in depth answers to the questions he has asked after I had a problem. Again you get what you give.

I certainly would never presume to speak for Bob, however I have a hunch that at times he might perfectly content to miss out on one or two sales if a potential customer reveals themselves to be more trouble than the $50 sale is worth. :cautious:

I have a question, I am running the web server at WX4JCW's SDS200 Scanner Stream
I probably won't run it permanently but just to see I can do it

so my question
1. is there a way to hide the IP addresses as shown in the screenshot

I'm not sure why you need to as anyone who can access your web server knows the URL already.
It can't be done currently however the next version will contain a file called "Web_Server_User_HTML.htm" for HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and styles can be inserted into the file to alter the appearance of the web page.

Likely a delay in propagation, as they 'just' updated the ICANN record

Did Proscan forget to pay for their domain name registration?

I just woke up and found out about this. I'm like not again. HostGator has got to be the worst. I checked my site billing and SSL cert paid last February and site renewal not due until next year. I was just getting ready to open a ticket when it came back up.

I just purchased a SDS-200. I've been running a 536 with ProScan for some times with no problems other than having to reset the COM port occasionally. I was switching between the 536 and the 200 last night and version 14.8 does not fully load. I've tried a clean install, deleting the original program and gone back to version 14.6. ProScan does not recognize either the 536 or the 200. I have to go into the Task Manager to close the program. Is there something I'm no doing correctly? 536 uses COM 9, the 200 uses COM 15. Using Windows 10.

Com 9? Com 15? Just how are you connecting these scanners? My SDS 200 is 192.168.1.103 on one and 192.168.1.85 on the other. Haven't used Com ports since the 996 series.

Connect the 200 via LAN to your router and let it get it's IP then tell ProScan that IP and your Metadata and audio will be taken care of without audio wires. Be sure to set URL in both the COMM Port Menu and the audio menu.

i think its causing the auto update to freeze the program, or something everything was working fine then today it will run for a few seconds then completely lock up

You're right. I didn't get any emails on the renewal but found out the emails went to my old work address which I retired from 1 1/2 years ago.
I though I changed to HostGator from GoDaddy for the domain name registration but I guess I didn't. Coding kind of makes you absent minded.
