Yes i got the same result. You have to re-enable all of your favorites to on again. I am bot in front of my computer right now so I forget the exact wording but I'm sure Bob will chime in here.

You could use Win File Explorer and navigate around looking for it or type in ProScan in the search box. Another way is type in ProScan in the Start box and click on "Open File Location"how would i find out where that is?

Is the History Logging or UID Logging tab doing that?
It's showing up in the UID logging just fine. But under the recording tab it's not making a new line when the next unit keys up too fast and only logs the last UID.

This is due to previous ProScan versions using SSL TLS 1.1 and not TLS 1.2 and combined with my host removing TLS 1.1. So previous versions will not download the latest version within ProScan.

Same error here. Just pointing it out that it affects more than one. I did update it directly at Proscan.org
Yeah AOR, I got the same response! I went to the www.proscan.org website and got my 16.2 from there. When it boots up on your computer screen initially, in that little blue box, it'll say the version that you have currently.
