While waiting on your reply, yes, on all three.
Here's the latest screenshot.

One thing, though, whenever I power cycle the scanner, the volume on the scanner, turns down to "0". I have to manually raise it, don't know if this has anything to do with your troubleshooting.

Eh, never mind, the "0" volume thing was my own doing.

There's two web server tabs, one by itself and the other in the audio control section, which one you need?
The URL Setup dialog in the Audio Control - Web Server tab.
Also double and triple check that RadioFeed is not running. Check the Task Manager on that.

In the Task Manager, there's only one instance of PS running, see attached screenshot.

Next screenshot is what you requested, before I click on the Auto Detect IP Scanners button.

At this point, I usually turn the scanner off and back on again. Again, usually, I see activity again, but, holding off for now awaiting your instructions.

Perhaps you have an Internet Security or Antivirus program blocking the connection.
You had the scanner IP audio working in RadioFeed. RadioFeed and ProScan uses the same scanner IP code.

Other than Windows Defender, that's it. And, I made sure Windows isn't blocking it. I'll let you call it a night. I will keep tinkering with it. Will raise you here if anything.

Ok, got it, I think...
What I did, I changed the URL to append the au:scanner.au.
I went back and re read the instructions the previous poster, kindly supplied (big thanks!)
Went back into the router to ensure the PC's IP was reserved.
I restarted the cellphone and opened up the streaming.
So far so good.

I'm reading the manual, wanting to get the most functionality out of the software before purchasing.
Since I can already listen remotely, my next step is to being able to control the scanner remotely.

So far, while listening remotely, I can see in my phone's browser, the talk group being monitored, but, no ability to control the radio.

That's one thing.

The other thing is, reading from the radio in order to, start to make changes and basically, program the radio to my liking.

In the PS manual, opening a database file, it says to "Go to the menu> database.

For the life of me, where's this "Menu" tab?

When I launch PS, I get two windows; one for the Favorite's Editor and another for the actual scanner and the associated functions.

Can't get beyond the "opening a Database File step, without first finding where's this "Menu" and "Database" buttons/tabs?

Are you logged in using the "Serve Scanner Control Mode" or "Super User" password?

The Favorite's Editor window is the right one.
