Yes, you should have audio.
Go to the Audio Control - RSOIP tab on the server side and see if the level meters move and the level controls are up on the Capture side. If good then check the Client side Audio Control - RSOIP tab Playback side. The level controls should be mid position. Do you see the level meters move?

Had a couple of crashes on start-up today (I think due to a long running windows update which was killing everything on the PC). All is working now, but the history logging grid now only has data from after the crash. The history data.txt file is the same, but the history log.txt is fine. Can I copy the log over the data file to recreate the grid, or will that cause more issues?

You could do that. Stop ProScan first so after you copy then restart ProScan so the file will be read.

Thanks - will give it a try. Great piece of software - has got me up and running on the BCT15X really quickly after years on the 125X!

I'm stumped trying to get my SDS200 streaming over the internet.
I'd like to stream my scanner over IP so that I can listen remotely using my phone.

I've already have the scanner connected via LAN and PS sees the scanner no problem.

One of my questions is, in order to accomplish my goal of using PS to listen remotely using my cell phone, what should I use/set up?
Web server or Remote Scanner over IP?

I'm guessing is the later.

So when I move down to the Mode area, I ticked "Server" but, if I launch a browser in my phone (Chrome) and enter the "Published Server IP Address or Name", I get a "check your internet connection" message on my phone., this happens with either wifi or cell network.

In my router, I've already have both port triggers and virtual server, enabled.

My router sees the scanner as one IP, but on PS, it's a different IP.

I've set up either on my router and still cannot use my cell to see/find the scanner.

Webserver and forward the ports your router to the address of the PC running PROSCAN and the settings in webserver setup.
So, if I understood you correctly, in PS, I am to choose Webserver, in order to accomplish my goal.

In my router, I've already entered my PC IP address, configured the Web Servers/Port Forwarding and Port Triggers, to allow my chosen port, to pass TCP traffic and so far, no joy.

I've already verified that Windows 10 Firewall is allowing PS to run unhindered.

Check this document from the proscan website, it was written for the BCD536HP, so ignore the beginning where it describes setting the dongle's wifi.

A curious thing, though, when I stop Radio Feed, I can still hear the speakers open as if, waiting for audio, and, in the audio control feed window of Radio Feed, I can see the bars moving whenever there's an active broadcast.. However, on my PC's browser, where I've pointed the local IP address to listen, there's no sound coming out.

Do you mean stopping the Web Server feature and not stopping RadioFeed? That is normal. Or I'm I missing something?

Well, there's the Web Server and then there's the Radio Feed. Two different apps? When I said I stopped the Web Server Feature.
Right now, I've got Radio Feed going on, and I can listen to my scanner via the Radio Feed and my Chrome browser pointed to 192.168.0.8:5000.

If I were to just launch PS, and start "Remote Scanner Over IP", and then enter either local or outside URL on a browser, I can't hear anything.

If I launch Radio Feed, enter my URL, I can then hear the scanner, locally, cannot do so on my cell phone with wifi turned off, as in remotely.

So, in order to listen to my scanner, should I just launch Radio Feed instead of PS?

Even then, I can't listen to my scanner remotely, only if I enter the local IP, the outside IP does not work, even if I turn the wifi off in my phone.

This is a screenshot, of what the browser looks like, working. I can hear audio fine. No scanner display, though.

And this is what Radio Feed looks like, no activity going on though, when it's active, there's bars moving in the audio control window.

Use RadioFeed Web Server if you just want to listen. No virtual display or remote control.
Use ProScan Web Server if you just want to listen, see the virtual display, and remote control.

Correct. Answered in the first line.

That's normal if I'm reading this correctly.

Right, if I use PS Web Server, to listen, see the virtual display and remote control, I can't do any of those.

The only time I can, at least hear the scanner, and that is, within my network, not even outside, is if I launch Radio Feed.

So, going back to PS Web Server, what/how, do I need to enable change, to get all of the functionality, as in, listen, see and control, outside of my network, 'cause even in my network, I can't hear the scanner using PS Web Server.

It sounds like both RadioFeed and ProScan are trying to connect to the same scanner audio IP. The scanner audio IP permits only one app at a time to connect to.

{edit} If the Web Server works within the local network but not outside then the Router Port Forwarding needs work.

To listen and view outside your network you have to point your browser to your outside IP address if you haven't done that. You can find that on the web server tab of ProScan. In your router you need to point to the PC IP running the server.
See section 4 of the link fxdscon provided earlier. Follow step by step.

Exit RadioFeed or at the least, set the RadioFeed Web Server Input Sound Device to other then URL(or not the same scanner IP Address).
After that, the ProScan Web Server audio should work. You may have to click the URL Setup Reconnect button.
