ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

After installing new version the borderless scanner view is not correct on my 780. Tried the 536 and 200 and the same happens. Reboot didn't help.

Hello. Sorry if I missed this already in skimming through the thread here. I am new to proscan (I am a Mac) household so I don't have much time to use it, although it is so useful I am contemplating buying a PC to record and log my BCT15X and SDS100.

My question is regarding the audio recording section. I am recording local air bands, both civil and military. When a new freq/channel/entry is populated into the recording grid, what does the column save refer too? What is the different sate checked versus unchecked?

I have to say I am pretty impressed with this software, I have used Butel ARC in the past and this is much friendlier.

It's more of a protection than anything else. If you check the Save box on a recording, it won't accidentally get deleted if you do a Select All Rows > Delete Selected Rows. I believe it also prevents recordings from getting auto-deleted, if you have that setup in the options.

Yep, looks like a bug with all the supported models. At least it showed bad with five of the supported models when I tested.
Otherwise, 17.1 is working just fine!

Thanks for all you do for our hobby Bob!
You're very welcome. I'll have a new version out in a few days with only this bug fix so far.

Well it seems that the last issue is back again. Once again, I start up the software and once again, in the logging session, all the other tabs are gone and it's back in just the UID logging and not the history logging.

And now it's back. The only thing I did was change the view of the scanner to a scanner only borderless view and change it back to what I had it at and now it's back to normal.

Can you send me the ProScan.cfg file before you do anything else. To get to the folder easy, click the Test & Extra tab then the Win File Explorer button.

Advise the OS version you're using.
