ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Yes. Will be in the next release scheduled next Monday. This bug will occur if the option "Lookup Record Flag From Database" is on.

I just have one more questions for you. I am just a little confused about making the copys of the program for each scanner. Will that make problems for running more the one of the same program at that same time? Also how easy is it to do the copying and renaming it. Every time i try doing something like that i screw something up..lol Like i am shore you have heard it before, if it can happen to me it will. Thats why i like to make shore i know what i am doing before i try..

Making copies of a folder and running multiple instances of ProScan does not create problems. I've tested running 20 instances and been to sites running multiple instances.

1. Using the Windows Explorer, copy and paste a folder to a new folder.
2. Rename the folder.
3. Run the new instance and set the configuration specific to the new instance.

Pete, if you need help, you can PM me and I'll try to help you out. If you have a spare PC, you may want to dedicate it to your scanners. Also, if you want to stream and record all, you will need separate audio inputs for each. You cab get cheap USB audio devices on eBay. You can PM me about the setup too.

Can not play the last recorder clip

For some reason when I am using the recording function, the last recorded clip appears to be a darker blue. I try to play it and it will not let me until a new clip is recorded. I've attached a screenshot

The color is going to be blue just like the logging if you have the activity color set to blue. The playback problem is fixed in 4.8.

Have a great Holiday also and thank you for the gift. I use ProScan and RadioFeed and both are the best software around. I love Win500 but I wish ProScan could program my 197's and 106 but I understand the issue there.

Do you offer discounts for feed providers? ive tried your software and i LOVE it. i do travel alot and being able to remote desktop my computer and have full control of my scanner would be immensely outstanding! just curious.....

Feed providers as in streaming to RR? RadioFeed is free if you just want to stream to RR or Icecast/Shoutcast servers.
For Remote Scanner Over IP full remote control, I offer two activations(on separate machines) for one license. Other then that, 10 or more licenses are discounted 10% and up.

Is there away that you can setup the logging so it shows the hits by alpha tags (system-group-channel) in alphabetical order automatically? And not by the order received.

I love Proscan BTW. I use to be a fan of BCTool and Freescan , but Proscan is THE BEST!!!
I run all my scanners with it at one time with one PC running Win7 Pro.
