Working now, thanks. This is fixed. Try it again if you haven't already downloaded it from the web site.
What Windows version running? I can't duplicate that. I'll keep a watch on this.
I have the same display with all the grey. Using windows 10 home ver 22H2 OS build 19045.2193
Send me an email so I can send test files until fixed.I have the gray box also. It says "Scanner Ctrl" at top, but nothing else. Win 11 pro. And this is happening for SDS200, SDS100 and BCD536HP for me. Three installs on same Win 11 pc.
I'm not sure what you mean by "legacy directories" No directories have been changed but I was hoping an email with your config file attached so I could take a systematic approach to fixing this bug. Too late now as you found a work around. My guess is it was something in the config causing this.Windows 10 Pro 22H2 on a HP 400 (mini) i3 with 8GB RAM. Was comtemplating I haven't installed clean in a long, long time. Created all new directories for the 996XT and P2, and that solved the issue. If I had to wager a WAG there was something in the legacy directories causing the weirdness.
It's best to download and run the setup file. You can copy the contents of one folder to another but then you will get all the logging files pertaining to the other instance.I am running 2 instances of Proscan, Sds200 & Bcd436hp. I just updated the first which was the original install, and would like to know the process for updating the second instance. Do I just copy proscan.exe into the second folder?
99% of the time all you need to do is copy ProScan.exe into the other program file directories. Occasionally, a dll or other file is updated, so you need to be aware of that. The last change of that nature was to ProScan1.dll around June 30th, so it's always best to check the modified dates of those types of files when copying the exe over.Do I just copy proscan.exe into the second folder?
I have the scanner control box but there's nothing in it, just a grey box. Is there a way to turn ir off or hide it?

During the INSTALL I change the line in the installer.
EXAMPLE
C:/Proscan1
C:/Proscan2
C:/Proscan3
What type of scanner?Anyone else notice the "Fill Down" is not doing everything you highlighted?
I can have 5 highlighted and it will only 'fill' 1 at a time
Sds100What type of scanner?
What is the column name?
Are the cells selected in the column indicated by the blue color highlight?
I check it out before the next releaseSds100
Yes. I selected the “avoid” cell in a trunk system
I selected the first one to be checked then highlighted ~5 below that and clicked “fill down”.
Only 1 would be filled after clicking fill down
