Are you using the LAN for audio and the serial comm. data? The 1st thing I would do is power cycle the scanner. You can revert back to ver. 19.9 and see what happens. Link below. If the problem clears then check your antivirus / Internet security software. An exemption may be needed. If the problem still exist then check your Ethernet cables. Ensure not running AVG anti-virus software as that is known to interrupt the TCP packets. I haven't heard of the ProScan recorder interfering with the communications to the scanner.I've been having an issue since the latest update where my SDS-200 will be connected and working fine then suddenly the display on proscan goes blank and audio drops out also. This is my first time really using the recorder feature for a long time (course of several hours at a time), so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. Any ideas? It's been working flawlessly for over a year otherwise.
