If you're serving folders & Files, turn it off and see what happens. To turn it off, click the 'Clear Serve Folder Location' button.I have an issue where sometimes the entire program will freeze when the webserver is running, can't exactly tell but it might be an issue with how many people are listening to it?
I have an SDS100 setup with it.
The program ProScan.exe version 22.4.1.1 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

It may not change to the new center frequency if the pointer frequency is out of band.Actually, it does snap to step, my error. Got that mixed up with the frequency display of the pointer.

I have enough cookies on my computer, I don't need anymore thank you.![]()

It's working well. If the span could stay static when tuning around it would be even better. The waterfall on the scanner itself allows for this. For example, I'm using the 2.88 MHz span with 152.8 as the low frequency and 155.7 as the high. When I tune using the function knob it does not re-center the signal. It may not change to the new center frequency if the pointer frequency is out of band.
I will be doing that by changing the marker frequency to the pointer frequency. I may make an option to choose the operation of clicking the pointer frequency. If the span could stay static when tuning around it would be even better.
I want to keep it a double click so it doesn't accidently change. Can you make it single click to tune or is something causing the need to double-click?
I don’t think I am serving “folders & files”… how do I check? If you're serving folders & Files, turn it off and see what happens. To turn it off, click the 'Clear Serve Folder Location' button.
There was nothing in the box, but I clicked clear anyways. If you're serving folders/files with the web server, the folder you chose to serve would be shown here on this line on the "Main" tab of the web server tab:

I’ve also experienced this with my SDS100, but thought I was doing something wrong.I am trying to add a system remotely to my SDS100 while i am at work. Proscan will let me open my favorites editor and will send the MSM command to scanner and scanner goes into USB mass storage mode but will not connect to read or send sites. I have clicked on refresh multiple times and still will not let me. I can control everything else remotely from the client on the my laptop. My SDS100 is connected to a windows 10 desktop at home, and I am using a windows 11 laptop.
ProScan doesn't support the MSM/SD card copying files over the internet. I don't know if it's possible.I am trying to add a system remotely to my SDS100 while i am at work. Update: Still crashed. There was nothing in the box, but I clicked clear anyways.
Doubt it’ll help though since I never chose a folder in the first place, actually I wonder what serving does do… is it like setting a root directory to host files out of? (I guess like /var/www/html)
Serving folders & files is most commonly used for serving ProScan recordings. You can choose any folder to serve and it will serve the sub-folders too. There was nothing in the box, but I clicked clear anyways.

alright, do you have any idea on how I could figure out the issue with the crashing? I don't think it's my issue (since I tested 2 computers) but I want to be sure.Serving folders & files is most commonly used for serving ProScan recordings. Do you want some info about the computers, if it would help?
