2019 VHF Low Band Logs

This will be my first real VHF-low band log so please let me know if there is anything missing/wrong in my log as I am sure there will be plenty

Military stations are probably all using channels divisible by .025 (25 kHz spacing).
These are probably civilian and actually using PL 151.4:
30.680 PL 151.4 Hz - U.S. MIL "Well good morning Bill"
30.720 PL 151.4 Hz - U.S. MIL
30.720 PL 151.4 Hz - U.S. MIL "Signing on, good afternoon"
44.160 PL 151.4 Hz - U.S. MIL?

I haven't had time to dive into the DB or the FCC ULS more to identify a lot of these channels.

The federal only band segments are:
30.00-30.55
32.00-33.00
34.00-35.00
36.00-37.00
38.26-39.00
40.00-42.00
46.60-47.00
49.60-50.00
99.9% of what you hear there will be federal or military unless it's coming from outside the US.
In between those will be non-federal users on 20 kHz spaced channels with FCC licenses that you can look up.
50.00-54.00 is the 6 meter ham band. The military also uses it sometimes.

I am using Butel ARC software and dropping files into a dropbox folder that I can listen to from anywhere. I like Media Monkey for playback of audio files because it automatically updates the file list as the files are dropped into the folder by the ARC software.

Yes. They have a state wide low band repeater system. Outputs in the 47.xxx range; inputs in the 45.xxx range. They don't seem to use it very often, however.

Can a 10 meter dipole be used on an inverted vee formation? Since I don't have room for a dipole.
