I would say you had some interference or a poor signal. None of those logged on the 5 sites I can monitor.

I can't say what is causing the hiccup (heavy rain, RF from cellphone perhaps), but they are all fairly close on time. Also, there is no voice to confirm the TGID or radio is real. If the TGID and the RID don't mesh with the typical layout, be doubtful. If there have been no other radios in the range, don't be too sure that it is legit.
How many other 8 digit RIDs are there (that aren't ISSI)? I have logged 12,500 or so but no legit 8 digit ones.

By ISSI are you referring to the internal patches on the 65xxx talkgroups and 1677xxxx ID's?
Omitting these, I would say they are pretty random and sporatic with no pattern. They are all a single affiliation with one possible other activity, a few in the troop talkgroups, a couple of municipalities, and a whole lot of unknown with no other activity. I would agree that considering my logging started in early 2022 (though I've not yet amassed quite 12500

I suppose it's possible these are the CTS radio gods that can assume the form of any 8 digit (or any really) Radio ID on any talkgroup and establish a one time patch for testing purposes as they see fit, but who knows...

I don't know what to tell you beyond I only trust multiple hits or activity with voice.
I pulled up sdrtrunk running on the troop G system all day and low and behold TG 31092 had 12 hits during the day.
If they are transporting to Brigham and getting M/A from Woburn then that would be someone in the Boston area.

What's strange is, the only 3xxxx series talkgroups are all 389xx, which are Interop and municipal TGs in the same range as New Britain at 189xx. (All in N.B.) 110xx would be Bethlehem, so highly unlikely they're related.
This is going to be someone at Motorola screwing with folks to cause a stir on the message boards. (Just like when folks were hearing Troop G stuff on CoMIRS near Boston). And it's working.

I see that on the Mass State Police Type II SmartZone network there are a ton of 3xxxx talkgroups, of course that's a different system and I have no idea if there is any correlation with a crosspatch into CLRMN...

More likely a repair trip than a patient trip, Eastford Truck Sales is up that way in Ashford and I have taken ambulances there for work. Greenwich RIDs are not typically seen outside their area. I have never seen one that I recall and have not logged any Greenwich radios since my last big RID reset on 1/1/24 and that covers B, C, H, L, & Hartford sites.
Probably going to Eastford Fire Rescue for repairs
