Agreed! Best all-in-one program on the market and terrific support from Bob. Thanks!
Having the same issue here.I have RSOIP running on my pc v 12.6. I am running the client on my laptop. My scanner does not show up. I have the server set to publish the ip. I have hit update a bunch of times and it's not there. If I manually enter the external ip and port, it connects fine. It just won't list itself in the client .
Any ideas?

ProScan is awesome, thanks.
I have a question. It won't broadcast the alpha tags on the web server. It just shows a play button on my cell phone. When I had the free trial it had a nice little screen replica of the radio display. How do I get that to work? Thanks!
New to Proscan - what a really nice program. Just started to use the webserver portion of the software. Seems that the software crashes after an undetermined amount of time. End result is the software window that it is running in goes blank resulting in the scanner to be inaccessible remotely whether within the network or outside. End result is I restart the software to get back on line.
System is a Win 7 64bit Core i7 and version 12.6 ProScan. ANy suggestions? Thanks!
Are you saying ProScan crashes when the Web Server is running? Just making sure.
Does the Windows Event Viewer sheds any light on the reason for the crash? Can you retest with the Web Server off to see if it crashes. I haven't seen the Web Server causing any crashes. I've seen a few causes of the Windows Update updating the video driver causing crashes but that's not related to the Web Server I believe.

It looks like something deep in the OS is doing it.
Try the following:
1. Try elevating ProScan to Admin. Rerun and see what happens. I doubt this will work but when I google searched this, It fixed it for one person that was getting this type of error with another program.
--->Switched to "Run As Administrator"
2. Retest without the Web Server running to confirm it's specific to the Web Server.
--->WebServer is now off. But really that is the only way to tell if it crashes. If I can not access it via the web interface, I know then it crashed.
{edit} 3. Insure your Windows Updates are up to date.
--->Windows is up to date
Answer the following:
1. Does the Windows Event Viewer show any clues? The data you provided is not from the Windows Event Viewer.
--->I do not see anything that appears in the Event Viewer, but then again I really do not know where to
look for any data within the Event Viewer.
2. What type of video adapter and driver manufacture & version?
