Well anyone have any idea? Can’t open any file and just switches back and forth with the arrow and load circle cursor. Already tried rebooting the computer and it’s the same. Windows 7

When is it doing it? Opening a Database file or a file for import or export? Can you email me the ProScan.cfg file so I can see if I can duplicate problem.

Bob, I do use Pro scan. It could have mouse over notes so people do not have to hunt and peck. Nonetheless, my question to you is "Why Pro scan does not include a data base for the Motorola Type 2 systems that changed their channels. I have used it and my scanner will not trunk-. *Uniden Bxt 15x model"

Don't have a clue what you are saying. Can you be specific.

Again, I don't have a clue what you are saying. Are you refering to my ProScan software? Are you trying to import from RadioReference database?

Not to mention your scanner software should automatically load it as rebanded with the X XT versions. It does with the 396 and 996.

Two audio files for one talkgroup on recorder

On P25 Phase II system, the recorder is creating multiple audio files for each talkgroup as they bounce around on different frequencies for the system. Is there anyway to change the settings to record files based soley upon the talkgroup and ignore the frequency of the trunked sysstem?

Example:
TG 38151 transmits on 856.9375
TG 38151 transmits on 858.9375

Its creating two audio files. I have attached a screen shot.

Thanks
Ben

Are you programing only the control channel(s), or the voice channels as well. Just a guess?

Go to menu Options -> Recorder. The Custom Record Folder and Custom Filename Format text boxes Custom Formatters don't use %F for frequency and %FT for frequency / talk group. Use %TG in lieu of.

{edit} I just looked at your screenshot and don't see a frequency so Custom Filename Format text box not it but still check the Custom Record Folder.

Also uncheck the Each Transmission New Row option.

Webserver stopping after 30 minutes

Every time I’m listening on my webserver for more than 30 minutes, it disconnects me. It happens whether I’m using a phone or a computer browser. Is there anything I can do to stop this? I’m running on Windows 10 with a BCD436HP

Are you running AVG anti-virus software? That program interrupts TCP traffic.

My Remote IP audio has been very choppy with sounds of different intermitent audio blips the past few days. Same thing on multiple computers. I have done the update. Tried different audio rates as well. Anyone else having this problem?

Quick update: I switched back to version 12.3 on both the client and sever computers and the issue has gone away. Must be the update.

I have noticed this as well since 12.4. It's not a Wifi thing as it happens on RSOIP over a full ethernet LAN. I get short bursts of noise about every minute or so. Not a big deal but I have noticed it. (MP3 8000 16bit)

I also have had occassions when the RSOIP client connects there is no audio. This can be the client version or the full version running as client on startup, Restarting the client makes the audio return.

This is fixed. It will be in the next version.
