What do you mean by "scanner disconnects from the Internet"? Are you talking about the Wi-Fi disconnecting from the Router or the Source Client or Web Server disconnecting?
No changes in ProScan that can cause that. Can you revert to 12.7 to see if it does the same thing?
Are you running AVG anti-virus by any chance? That program interrupts TCP traffic.

Has anyone found a way to use proscan on a IPad? I have the server running on a PC home but it would like to listen on a IPad when I'm traveling.

I use the website directly in safari. Ipaddress:serverport/streamname
I have even set up my serve folder and password so I can replay clips.
Use the Web Browser on the iPad to access the Web Server.

Exceeded number of installs
Hi Bob:
I have ProScan installed on my HP Z400 workstation, and after learning I can have it installed on more than on system I attempted to install it on my DELL T7810 workstation. When I attempted to enter the registration information it said I exceeded the number of allowed installations. Please advise.

I am not Bob but I can tell you the answer is no. Have been a customer 10+ years and never has there been any promo codes.

I've been messing with the trial and pretty much got it sorted. He is great with instructions but I know he gets hit with the simplest of questions on a daily. It's more so my scanner I got questions about.
