As you may of heard by now, Uniden is offering BCDx36HP NXDN support.https://forums.radioreference.com/u...p-firmware-1-14-00-available.html#post2904825

Next version of ProScan, release probably next week or the week after will contain the following:

  • Added - Web Server Metadata Delay option now delays the Display too so the audio and data appear in sync.
  • Added - Recording Files When Deleted Send To Recycle Bin (100 times slower when checked) option.
  • Added - BCD436HP & BCD536HP NXDN support (RAN and Area in conventional programming).
  • Added - BCD436HP & BCD536HP Icom IDAS support.
  • Fixed - Database Quick Key Status grid wasn't scrolling far enough to show all the systems.
  • Fixed - Web Server - When serving Folders & Files, if thousands of files, server slow to respond.
STS100 scanner support will be started after next release.

Bob, is support for the Uniden SDS-100 under development?

Does post #3334 help any?
According to that post he plans on supporting it

How is the “History Import to Favorites” achieved? I only found one reference in the manual and that just mentioned that the feature had been added.

I “prospected” thru the menus but didn’t find where that feature is triggered.

Thanks

In the History tab, select the rows to import then click the button "Copy/Move Selected Rows To Database or Other File". It's located on the right side by the other buttons.

Any plan for implementing the soft power down and go to mass storage mode so we can remotely manage the favorites editor?

Been using it since it was made available in the scanner firmware.

Click "Test & Extras" in ProScan, then go to the "Protocol Command" window on the far right and type "MSM,####" (#### = your choice; max appears to be 1000 seconds), then click Send.

THANK YOU! I posted a request in the Uniden Tech Support forum on 5/7 for some guidance on how to use this command. 238 views but no replies. Should have known Bob would put this in his wonderful software :). Just tried it and works as advertised. Will be great for remote feeds using the 536!

No problem. Like I say, be aware that it appears that 1000 seconds is the maximum, no matter how much you put in there. I tried 3600 seconds (1 hour) and it reverts to scanner mode after about 16 2/3 minutes (which is 1000 seconds). If you're doing something at that point, it will just disconnect and leave you hanging.

Love the software. Big thread, has there been any mention of a companion app for Android/IOS? Basically to listen to my radio through my phone when away from house?

I've tried this several times and the scanner simply restarts instead of going into MSM.

Bob has stated it won’t happen. I use 5-0 radio on a daily basis to listening on my iPhone. Also, you can listen/control the scanner through the browser.

Sorry 'bout your luck. Works great for me (except for the shortened duration). What value are you trying after the comma?

I tried 3600 first. When it restarted I figured that was a bad value. then I tried 1000 and 600 and had the same result. Oh, well. I'll keep trying.
