ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

I don't have the registration key from back when I bought the software. Would you know if there's a way to re-obtain the key?

Did you save the email with the registration info?

The email that says "Save this Email" in the message body!

Yep, I've never needed to ask Bob for a key resend but I hear he has no problems doing it.

One thing I've always done is either copy the text from registration emails that contain key info or print or convert it to a PDF and then save that in a folder named something like registration info or something you can find easily if ever needed.

That's saved my bacon a few times!
It's good free insurance other than the short time it takes to do. Plus, you don't need to search emails for the info.

Check your Spam folder. If the Spam folder was cleared then it may of moved to your Trash folder. If you still can't find it then email me. I usually send out lost keys on Mondays by close of business.

I can connect and put the scanner into "Mass Storage" mode and manipulate my database just fine.
When I reboot the scanner and choose serial mode, I cannot get PROSCAN to start at all. Just an empty proscan screen.. What simple step am I missing to start control and logging?

I bet you don't have the serial driver installed. See the section "Windows Serial Drivers" in this link. The driver will work for BCDx36HP and SDSx00 scanners.

For the life of me, I can not get the UID logging grid to work. on the new 15.5 release. Reverted back to 15.4 to see if it's me or the new release.
I will say this product is well worth the money and I just love it.

Working for me. What specifically is not working? I get it to log calls (P25 trunking), show aliases from the UID Lookup File, and sort by clicking on the headings.
Did you check your Options/Loggings settings to verify it was enabled?
