He linked to it right in his post that you quoted...

I don't know if it's the mobile browser or what but it wasn't showing all of that message for me I guess. I had images after the word lockout. I see the link was in the quoted text on my message but I didn't notice that when posting. Not sure what happened there other than I only had a partial load of the page and didn't realize it. My bad.

Probably got hosed up due to the large embedded image in his post.

Perhaps it's highlighting entries that use a service tag that is not enabled in the Favorites? That's the commonality between the ones showing up in red for me.
Thats orginaly why I thought, and that would make sense but all service types are enabled on my SDS.

I'm seeing the same behavior, not only for Ardsley EMS/PD, but for a few other listings in Westchester. They all have the same thing in common, using the Multi-Dispatch service tag/type.

That was it. Multi-Dispatch represented by "1" so the treeview took it as a lockout. Fixed by not changing the color to red when called from the RRDB import function.

Frequency Red on RR import

When importing from a RR import. Why does the frequency show up in red before inport? Ive only seen this before to indicate that the channel is on Lockout.
Westchester County, New York (NY) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
It's fixed. Will be in the next release.

A thank you to the developer for a prompt response.

Now corrected, my refresh of Windows 10 resulted in ProSCAN being removed. Got an error message of maximum installs exceeded.

Bob,
I just learned about IFX and my SDS 200 is working much better with all the analog 450-490 mhz frequencies running it and Global Normal filter setting. Can IFX be added to Pro-Scan??

IFX is set using the SDS200 on screen menu system, or by using Sentinel's "Profile Editor". The Profile editing functions are not currently available in ProScan, but "might" possibly be incorporated in a future version. Check this post:

Good morning, is there someone out there that can talk me through on the phone how make multiple folders to run a sds200 and a 996p2 on my lap top that can. Set me up on proscan that can scan 2 scanners at the same time so I can log both?
Any help would be appreciated

Im a little slow with that part of the computer, programming is a breeze but all that other stuff isn't.

Create a new folder on your computer and be sure it is named something different than where ProScan was installed the first time.... name it something like "proscan 2" . Then run the ProScan installer again and tell it to install in the new folder.

To follow up on what I already posted, what I would do is find where the existing ProScan folder for the existing install is located and go up one level to create the ProScan2 folder.

In other words, if it's in C:\Program Files\ProScan then you go up one level to C:\Program Files\ and create ProScan2 there.

Then when you run the installer again and it asks where you want it installed, you select the ProScan2 folder at that point. Then you'll have two installs and you run the .exe from the desired folder (ProScan or ProScan2) to run each instance of ProScan.

I recommend not installing in the \Program Files or \Program Files (x86) folders for 2 reasons:
1. ProScan will put all program generated files such as the config & log files in the VirtualStore folder if not elevated to Admin mode.
2. Using the Recorder, the recordings folder & file names may exceed the 260 characters windows limitation.

I think it's best to use folders like this: C:\proscan 1, C:\proscan 2, C:\proscan 3 or C:\proscan sds200, C:\proscan bcd996p2, C:\proscan bct15xt

When you say it isn't working (no go), what do you mean? What isn't working? Where is the 'hang up' in the process? That will help us give better guidance.
