Can a .csv file be imported into a bc796d profile or am I stuck with html?
Thanks
I take it that you're using the 'Get Clipboard' function. If that's the case, yes, select the cells then Ctrl-C to copy to the clipboard or Ctrl-A to copy everything then click the 1st button. Tab Delimited should be selected 1st..

Found interesting behaviour: if i mute my SDS200 connected via ethernet with volume knob, it doesn't affect voice over IP and recording goes as usual. If i mute same SDS200 via mute button in proscan, it mutes both speaker and ethernet sound. Is that intentional?

Hi! Bob:

I took your advice on the "SABRENT USB Audio Sound Adapter"!!!! WOW, now the microphone in the laptop is off and the scanners' audio comes in without any background noise! It works perfectly, very good advice. Anyone that has the same problem with the microphone in the computer adding background noise, this is the answer. Bob, he hit the nail right on the head with this. Best $9.00 I ever spent on the computer/radio setup. The audio from the SDS100 records perfectly just as it comes over the radio.

I set settings for the sound, so the USB Audio Device is set to "LISTEN TO THE DEVICE". That way I do not have to use a splitter on the SDS100s' audio output and use a separate speaker. I am tickled pink!!!

Thank You Bob Aune!!

For reasons unknown, when I delete recordings they reappear the next day? For example, I am using the 'lookup record flag from database' option and over the course of a day I get 5 or 6 rows showing me the recordings that have been captured. After listening to them, I'll use the 'select all rows' then 'delete selected rows' and they all go away and the recording screen is empty. The next day the rows are back along with the respective audio.

I'm using an SDS200 and a Windows 11 PC with Proscan v23.3

Not sure what to make of it?

This is a weird one. I can't explain it. I don't know why the same recorded files will come back.
Can you do this when you delete rows in the recording grid next time.

1. Before deleting rows. Click the File Explorer button in the row to be deleted then verify the file exists in the folder.
2. Delete the rows in the recording grid.
3. Go to the folder (from step 1) and verify the file was actually deleted.

Thank you, I'll be sure to do that and report back one way or the other.

I'm having an issue with how the grid displays on my Windows 11 laptop. There is quite a bit of dead space between the grid and buttons to the right. The size of the dead space changes for some reason. Initially, I thought it was an issue with 23.3 as a whole, but on my Windows 10 laptop, the grid and buttons are displayed as I would expect. After noticing that Windows 10 has a better appearance, I tried changing the screen resolution and scaling on the Windows 11 laptop to match, but the issue remains. I'm kind of stumped on this one and I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if it's just a Windows 11 thing.

First two screenshots are of the issue described on Windows 11, and last is Windows 10
