ProScan Version 1.7 Build 2 includes the RadioReference Imports feature, improved Scanner Over IP, and bug fixes.

Supported scanners are the BCD996T, BC796D, BC785D, BC780XLT, BC296D, and the BC250D.

I'm thriving to make this the best Computer Aided Scanning program and suggestions are very much appreciated.

That's by design. I'm not going to change it as it's been like that forever.
That image for the BCD325P2/BCD996P2 needs to be updated. The actual BCD996P2 buttons don't even touch it's screen's black border. I waited to find out what your reply is as the deciding factor whether or not I purchase beyond the 30 day trial period. Everything else is fine. After that I will stick with ARC XT Basic until you fix it or replace it with a better virtual scanner image.

SERIOUSLY??? Is it really THAT big of a deal as to be THE deciding factor if you purchase? But do they function as intended????? Not like they overlap usable real estate or anything. PUH-LEASE!

UIDfile

I have multiple scanners running through Proscan and have been utilising the UIDfile to map out who is talking to who.

However when I run multiple versions for different scanners there is overlap.

Can I load a different UIDfile for each scanner that is connected to the computer?

I will have another look later and see. I have up to 6 different scanners on the same PC
Yes, as everyone is pointing out, you need seperate folders so the config and logging will apply to just one scanner.

Per the FAQ
Q: Can I run multiple copies of ProScan or RadioFeed on one computer?
A: Yes. Many instances of ProScan or RadioFeed can run on the same computer. Copy the contents of the ProScan or RadioFeed folder to a new folder. Change the Comm Port setting and other options specific to that instance.
