sounds like east coast accent.... "New Joisey" maybe? Five Yawds in his truck" A cement plant? Gravel?

25.950 sounds like open mike ,fades up and down FM signal every now and them a burst of noise comes up then back to no sound.Was S 5 to S-1 16:00 utc till 16:40 utc never heard any talking or music.Angelo

Thanks Mike, I really appreciate you IDing this. I've found them on the FCC database, streetviewing the location I can see the lattice mast with a lowband vertical on the top and it's 5350KM from here.

I've been scanning 33-37 tonight in Tampa Bay on my Antron 99 and picking up 35.71 CSQ sounds Spanish, sexy womans voice but someone is also playing music too.
