On 155.835, these are the "suspects" in Tennessee. I did not check adjacent states. Some of these are not bus frequencies, (IE: Water Authority).

Interesting that their license is expired, but they probably don't know it's expired! You could always write to them and "nudge" them to renew if they plan on using the frequency. I've done that on several occasions with Ohio and Michigan licensees. Most radio users don't have someone to keep track of the F.C.C. stuff. You would be surprised at the number of expired licenses still in service. This includes ham radio repeaters.

Nothing unusual about that. The military often uses frequencies in the 30-50 MHz band (usually 25 kHz steps) that happen to be, or are in between, business and public safety frequencies.

Just had The Missouri Highway Patrol on 42.06 and 42.1 mhz - Springfield area with 203.5 tone used - first time hearing these since......2001 ish I think. Also 43.28/ 43.44 / 43.52 - tone 77.0 - Ingram Ready Mix, Houston Area, Texas. Missouri was in 90 minutes after local sunset here. Highest US MUF seen so far this cycle. Fun stuff!!!
