Explain again how you ended up with it on D: rather than C:.

I have 1 hard drive and I split the hard drive into 2. I did a partition before I loaded windows.

Maybe the extra partition ended up with slightly non-standard security permissions which while not a problem for most software somehow confuse WinRAR (or something).

I have a separate extra hard drive divided into J: and K: on one of my PCs and the security permissions of files on the extra drive are different from those on C:. But it doesn't normally seem to matter.

Since I didn't see a lot of thanks in this thread, I wanted to take the chance to say thank you to DSD Author for the work put into this and each release.

I'm in no hurry for P2, however the local P2 system is simulcast VHF and very strong so if any recordings are needed I can use my Airspy to make some. Reach out if you could use them and I will be happy to accommodate.

LRRP problem on 2.71

Greetings from Europe, Slovakia. I received my 2.71 update this morning (06:46 UTC) and have to say thank you to the author, great job done!

But still, I'm facing a problem with LRRP messages, is there any way how to deal with those -999 values? LRRP.exe won't parse the data at all. Thanks a lot.

To the best of my knowledge DSD & DSD+ are totally different programs with separate authors.

Been using the program for a couple days now and am happy with it. However, I will not read GPS coordinates on a local DMR repeater. The previous version did and I´m just kinda lost now. When it reads that information, it will give totally crazy coordinates.

I went as far as starting all fresh and new, with the original files from the website and then the latest Fast Lane release but no joy. I still have the previous version, which reads coordinates from the LRRP messages.

Anyone else having the same issue?

OK, it was late and I forgot which username the author of DSD+ used on here. Given the fact we are in the DSD+ release thread I think it was fair to say I was thanking DSDPlus but I am also happy to thank the original DSD Author for starting it all back in the day.

At least I'm not filling the thread with passive aggressiveness over not getting P2.

VHF NXDN48 Issue

I'm monitoring trunked VHF NXDN48 system and saw 2 issues this morning:

1. FMP does not tune to the new control channel. It says "Lost control channel. Tuning to xxx.xxxxx" but never does. I had to do it manually.

2. It does not read priorities and group alias from dsdplus.groups. Tried editing dsdplus.groups file manually but does not help. However if I set priorities by clicking in the channel activity window it does work and follow the given priorities but still no alias are shown and when DSD is restarted all priorities goes back to 50 again.

Go onto your groups folder and make all if those groups NEXEDGE48 instead of NEXEDGE you have to be specific with this release. Also it may have started making a new group list because your group list didn't specify 48 or 96 before this release. Just update your group list to specify whether the tg is 48 or 96 and add that to the modulation heading. Then delete the new list it created and you should be good to go. I went through the same thing a few nights ago. I should have posted the answer then but nobody else had seen the issue until now I figured people knew about it. Anyway try the above instructions and please feel free to ask if you need anymore help.

Not sure. This is my first fastlane and it came without .txt. file with explanation, so if there is any special option that must be enabled I didn't do it. Could you please provide any file with switches that are available to fastlane releases? Thanks in advance!

If you are referring to libfftw3l-3.dll, then yes, just put that in the DSD+ directory. Ignore everything else in the fifth-3 package.
