Hi new to RR live in Sault Ste Marie MI and have the Border Patrol and as many fed frequencies as I can load but hear none are they all encripted? I assume so I can hear local law enforcement OK but no fed any help? Thanks

The Selfridge (MTC) A-10's are getting clearance on 259.950, 07:16pm. They should be taking off within the next 10 to 30 minutes.

Did anyone catch an arrival yesterday in the early afternoon at Selfridge? An aircraft called Patterson Metro for weather up there, but I didn't get the callsign on my recording. Metro read back a number that was clipped: "?-1." It sounded like it might have been 31, but I don't know for sure.

P.S.:
Has anyone asked themselves "Why do the A-10's need to have the Public Safety Bands?"
