Have you checked the Comm Port, URL Setup, Auto Detect IP Scanners and made sure the TX/RX numbers are changing? Does the scanner have a static IP address set?
Scanner is a SDS100 so the URL/IP part doesn't apply but thanks for helping.

Updated to 23.5 this morning, Windows 11 (Windows defender) quarantined it as severe threat

Detected:Behavior:Win/Execution.A!ml

file:C:\ProScan\ProScan.exe

Odd. I rolled back to 23.4 which had no issues with W11 security. Not sure if it's a known issue or what, searched and couldn't find anything. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention.

Hi All, I’ve noticed that running a lot of files/folders with the web server has a high CPU usage. Is there any way other than to trim the files to get a lower CPU usage?

I’ve also been running an old version 14 for a long time, and updated to the latest now. But when playing back in the recorder, it can take a good two seconds to play the file after clicking play. If you select a bunch of recordings, it always pauses a good two seconds between each one. Any ideas to make it playback immediately like the older version?

Had same issue and was advised to add an exception. Nothing wrong with the software

Had some hard drive issues and ended up reformatting and starting over. I had backups for most everything EXCEPT the ProScan key. Please resend

Yeah looks down for me too, and DNS record is gone. Maybe maintenance?
