This morning in North Florida/Lake City area. Pretty much everything from 29-54 MHz is booming here. June 3rd 0900. One interestin frequency is 31.200 MHz. I am hearing an Asian speaking language. I have heard of fishing boats using this, but cannot confirm who or where. No PL tone.
