168204 is c/n FM-27
168205 is c/n FM-28
168206 is c/n FM-30

King Air OMAHA 7

Guys,

Any clues as to the identity of this one? Self-Ided as a King Air with PT DEP 118.950 this afternoon inbound Davison AAF for a couple of practice approaches to rwy 14.

Might run into it at HEF, IAD, or DAA in the coming weeks, but until then, ??

REACH8211 68-0211 C-5 WV ANG to Martinburg tower asking them to relay to ops that both of their UHF radios are in-op. They're considering returning but then they would be dead in the water.

1430 local VICTORY 11 with Atlantic City 327.125 then with Philly appch 1450 local
317.550 flying low at 5k.
Sounds like the Navy F/18 practice flyby for Saturdays Army-Navy game in Philly.
1515 local VICTORY 11 bugging out southbound with ZDC Casino 285.400 and
back south ZDC 257.700.Guess they are not staying at the Grove this year for Navy game.

1540 local DIAMOND 11 ZNY Lancaster 239.050>ZNY 285.650>Philly apch 273.575>
FL9k dropping down to Philly Willow Grove appch 291.700 flight of 2 landing runway 15 at WG.
Wonder who these guys are coming in from the West? Spares for the Navy game?
My list has Diamond as F-18C VFA-146 NAS North Island Cal.

My F-18 lists the following for these guys.
250.8 VFA-146 BASE
279.15 VFA-146 A-A
279.45 VFA-146 A-A
281.15 VFA-146 A-A

We were so bummed when we heard VICTORY 11 climbing out southbound....seems like tomorrow they'll either do the flyby and go home or maybe land at KPHL to go to the game....but pretty sure WG is out of the picture for them. However, it was nice to get DIAMOND, which were in fact 2 F/A-19C's from VFA-186 Blue Diamonds. We also received ROCKET 530, a T-39 around 1715 local and DIAMOND 21, single F/A-18c around 1845 local. On 340.2, DIAMOND 21 was talking to the tower, telling him that the first flight were two students.

OK I did log a T-39 VT-86/TW-6, Pensacola (AE10CB) on the box around then.
Should be tail #165509 but see if you can eyeball it for confirm.

Thanks..

OT Had a Pilatus PC-12 N605MD buzz my house landing at Cecil county today.
Impressive single turbo prop plane. You could sense the 1200 HP turbo power.
No wonder the USAF uses them as well but called the U-28.
PC-12's used run from $2mil 10 years old to $4mil for recent models.

Re: NAS JRB New Orleans MC-12W

Guys,

Sorry, forgot to send the rest last night...if you look up FM-30 (as ex-N6430B) on the FAA Resitry, it is shown as being exported to Japan, so I would assume that means off to Futenma. So my guess is that FM-27 and FM-28 are your EASY birds.

Re: EASY 6

Someone read it off at Shannon as 168206, so there you go Mark, FM-30. Strange that the FAA lists this as exported to Japan?

ROMAN-05 departing, from ADW I figure. 118.95
Have AE1723 that seems to correspond.

1347- To ZDC 121.675. His radio doesn't come nearly as well as the rest of the ac I'm hearing today.
Only up to FL125 at this point.
1353- I think he just said 'direct Pittsburgh'.
1358- Mentioned breaking out of the clouds. Cleared to some place sounding like Ashville/Nashville. 121.675

1413- VADER-01 at FL210. 121.675 AE1723 has finally gone out of range.
Direct Spartansburg.

1423- VADER-02 on 121.675, handed off to 133.725

1445- Two more in the AE17 range AE173B and AE1737

Travis,

A little odd that the Roman (F-18 I presume) used VHF ATC freqs for his flt. What you heard could've been Nashvilee---Nashville TN appears to be a fairly comon stop-over for gas on cross country flts.
