Looks like some of the KJFK traffic is being sent into Dulles because of the snow. MSR985 is just about to land. Flightaware shows this flight usually being HECA>KJFK.

First time logging this plane is why I noticed.

I listened this morning to the VHF ARTCC coastal and Oceanic freqs and there was bery littel traffic on them. Almost nothing going into or out of NJ/NY and only one out of Philly bound for the Caribbean. One of the pilots remarked to the ARTCC controller, " there aren't many of us out here today"

Dulles is getting jammed with flights right now. There's a bunch stacked up on approach and about seven more circling to the east of Lake Anna.

That Egypt Air flight left a while ago.
