Are the laporte co simulcast sites activated?

It seems the former laporte co sites tx power was lowered now. The tx power had been lowered in other simulcast areas where they utilized multiple sites.

Radio Service is testing on LaPorte County talkgroups right now. Seeing some encryption on 10960. Moto TG 12064 is active as well, using enc.

I've logged three talk groups that are not in the database so far. 10250 on 5/25/17, 10377 on 6/14/17 and 12670 on 6/14 as well. One hit on each and nothing since then. The radio ID on 10377 was prefixed with 99 and the ID on 12670 was 76 (Steuben).

Picking up c.c.855.2375. sys id 6bd, site 023, my location west central ohio.I see couple of site 23's on the safe-t trs but nothing close to east central indiana.Anyone who monitors the counties of jay,randolf, wayne ,etc... hearing this?

Are we certain that all DOC facilities are going to switch to P25? It's been 3 months since I last checked and as of today, New Castle is still operating on the Motorola system.

Very interesting around here, listening to techs set up the laporte co simulcast sites. Keeps your ear glued hearing the many tiers of testing and setup.

Pretty much all indoc is eventually. Some sites converting, others offlined as they are pointless and covered by existing SAFE-T sites. As the area covered by the Hendricks Simulcast and IGC North sites made the continued use of the INDOC IJCF site pointless, it was turned off, and the Plainfield INDOC TRS will be offlined as its users radios are redone to use the Hendricks Simulcast, and rest of SAFE-T. Have begun hearing more and more INDOC traffic on IGC North, and ISP D52 as this occurs.
Keep your ears open on the DOC Michigan City site for its new SAFE-T Site #, new CC, ACC, Site NAC etc... Once its online I will drop it to deprecated on the INDOC list.

Seeing lots of activity on unknown TGs ranging in the 124xx range. Most ID's are 94xxxxx which would most likely be the prison but there are some Laporte County (46xxxxx) users in the mix as well.

I'll be getting a second receiver up soon to listen in.

1024XX Should be INDOC.
INDNR Parks are done by region.
I hadn't heard they were going to do individual Parks & Reservoirs, though they may indeed have new set ups for State Forests....
