My bad, forgot I was going thru OneDrive. Just went up and did it from pc with 7zip and winrar

Thanks @mtindor
Changing your .zip file association within windows explorer can help you avoid this in the future.
Windows Explorer .zip integration blows, but 7Zip does a pretty good job at being better than it in every way.

Changing it to what? I just looked at file associations in this win 10 machine and I don't even see a .zip

I usually run all sdr on pc upstairs but with my son doing remote I hijacked the pc that I set of for my wife to work from home. I never had a problem upstairs and did not even realize I was downstairs. I was still on first coffee.

See the bottom menu item
which version is the base file option added in. as the current release will not open due to this check. [This information would have been useful to know.]

EDIT:

what version of lame? 3.99.2.3 does not work.
2.289
2.275
2.268
2.256
too old for "download newest base files" [last functioning version]

I do not have these versions.

2.228 too old for "download newest base files"

I guess a better question is: "what version supporting the old file"?

Unable to perform update to base files

Issue: make required checks after allowing update of "base files"

Why would the cc freq of 2 site neighbors be displayed but not for the 3rd site neighbor? --

Should the bandwidth change from 9.5 to 12.5 on a phase 2 system during voice calls? I do not see it doing this on phase 1 systems.

Honestly I am amazed it doesn't automatically change to the appropriate bandwidth. I usually set it to 9.5 then it changes to 12.5 to accommodate the p25 phase 1 system by me.

Yes. Phase II voice is QPSK and is 12.5 khz. CC is C4FM if it's a standalone site, or QPSK if it's a simulcast.

So assuming you are monitoring a standalone Phase II P25 site, it's behaving as it should.
